SharePointHelpDesk.com.au is operated by Elton Technology Pty Ltd as a service to provide on-demand consulting services for Microsoft Sharepoint.  

SharePointHelpDesk.com.au is the second of these Support-As-A-Service web sites pioneered by the founder Hamish Elton.  This first, CRMHelpDesk.com.au has been operating for 3 years and provides support services to over 250 companies around Australia.

After spending many thousands of wasted hours in his car, driving to visit clients to provide software support he realised that the advent of internet technologies and broadband would make on site visits a thing of the past. Using modern VOIP to eliminate phone call costs and remote support to give access to any computer, he realised anything that could be done face-to-face, could now be done remote resulting in a huge cost saving for both the client and the service provider.

Using remote access software and virtually free telephone calls we can now deliver our specialist consulting services to clients around Australia, at any time, with no travel time. 

Our software works from the inside out across your normal web connection – easy to use and requires no modifications to your firewall or security settings. We only access your screen and keyboard so there is no way a virus or Trojan can be transferred – either way!
